The apartment features two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living space, fast Wi-Fi and easy self check-in. Please note that access to the apartment is via a spiral staircase up two flights of stairs. Inside the apartment, there is also a narrow staircase connecting the living area and bedrooms, so the property may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility, young children, or anyone who has difficulty using stairs. Perfect for business travel, relocations or weekend breaks, with shops, transport links and Southsea seafront nearby.

Quite spacious apartment, spread over 2 floors, I could park my car for free on the street and there was always a place. Gym, swimming pool right next door and the beach close by.

Great location 15 mins to the dock yard and 10 mins into southsea. Well equipped kitchen. It was very hot when we stayed could have Done with a fan in upstairs bedrooms

This apartment is an absolute find, it’s in an excellent location, no more than a 20 min walk to the Historic Naval Docklands, or the Spinnaker Tower, and the centre of Portsmouth. plus, it has bus stops a few minutes’ walk away. Close to a decent size Tesco Extra. Parking was safe and just around the corner from the apartment. You can easily contact the owners, who are friendly. The apartment itself is superb, very well furnished, spotlessly clean, the kitchen has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable, an addition of a small toilet in one of the bedrooms is a big plus. The bathroom on the lower floor is well appointed and plenty of hot water, all 4 of us, showered one after the other, with the water still really hot. The area was noise free, and felt very comfortable to be in. Yes, there are stairs to contend with, but 2 of us in our mid-70s, had no issue at all. I highly recommend this apartment, would certainly stay again.

Comfortable apartment in a great location. Easy check-in, parking close by with a parking permit arranged by the owner. 15 minute walk to Gunwharf, 10 minutes to Clarence pier, 30 mins to Fratton Park. Beds are a bit small but that is often in the UK.
