the apartment is lovely and comfortable. Central location and able to visit local attractions or shops. Car parking is an added bonus. Apart from not many utensils, such as bowls, pots to provide, everything is fine.

Everything about the place is great. It feels homey, very clean and complete with kitchen and washing machine. Very smooth checkin process and very fast response to our request. I would recommend to have a full body mirror though :D

Excellent location close to the seafront. During our stay there was a heatwave and the basement position of the flat meant we stayed cool. The owners are very responsive to any questions or requirments. Some noise when people upstairs walk around but guess this should be expected in an older building.

The hosts were lovely, helpful, and very welcoming. The apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures.
I felt very comfortable throughout my stay and had a really pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again if it’s available in the future.

Quite spacious apartment, spread over 2 floors, I could park my car for free on the street and there was always a place. Gym, swimming pool right next door and the beach close by.

This apartment is an absolute find, it’s in an excellent location, no more than a 20 min walk to the Historic Naval Docklands, or the Spinnaker Tower, and the centre of Portsmouth. plus, it has bus stops a few minutes’ walk away. Close to a decent size Tesco Extra. Parking was safe and just around the corner from the apartment. You can easily contact the owners, who are friendly.
The apartment itself is superb, very well furnished, spotlessly clean, the kitchen has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable, an addition of a small toilet in one of the bedrooms is a big plus. The bathroom on the lower floor is well appointed and plenty of hot water, all 4 of us, showered one after the other, with the water still really hot. The area was noise free, and felt very comfortable to be in. Yes, there are stairs to contend with, but 2 of us in our mid-70s, had no issue at all. I highly recommend this apartment, would certainly stay again.

Comfortable apartment in a great location. Easy check-in, parking close by with a parking permit arranged by the owner. 15 minute walk to Gunwharf, 10 minutes to Clarence pier, 30 mins to Fratton Park. Beds are a bit small but that is often in the UK.
