Comfortable apartment in a great location. Easy check-in, parking close by with a parking permit arranged by the owner. 15 minute walk to Gunwharf, 10 minutes to Clarence pier, 30 mins to Fratton Park. Beds are a bit small but that is often in the UK.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement, Stephen a été très réactif à nos besoins. Les instructions pour l’accès au logement ont été très précises. L’appartement est très centralisé et pratique pour les divers déplacements / escapades. Accès proche et rapide aux outlet. L’appartement correspondait à nos attentes et nous en avons été ravis . Nous retenons ce bel endroit pour nos futurs déplacements dans la région.

I absolutely loved EVERYTHING about it..so clean.. so cosy & comfortable..home from home Bed was amazing. Wish 🤞 I could live there I highly recommend this property TV had all the channels I needed..WiFi was excellent and super fast Shower head leaked from connector..needs replacing and not powerful enough for me

This apartment was just perfect for us, well fitted out, comfortable, everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay in Portsmouth. It is close to Southsea Common and the sea, and only a 20 minute walk to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard where we saw the Mary Rose, HMS Victory, and went aboard the HMS Alliance submarine. Highly recommended.

We were able to check in late at night, very clear check in instructions and the place was clean and complete with basic things that we need. Place is also very near to almost all the tourist spots either via walk or by bus. Will definitely stay again❤️

Brilliant apartment in a really accessible part of the city! Great location if you are visiting for leisure, Southsea, Old Portsmouth and Gunwharf are all within a short walk, would also be perfect for anyone visiting for graduations / uni visits as well. Immaculately clean, with all the amenities you need and useful guide to the area, if needed. The added bonus was the lower ground location kept it cool on the very hot days. If you are parking on the Landport Terrace parking, be careful of the kerbs near the trees, they're higher than you think and stick out a bit.... Would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Portsmouth, far better than staying in a hotel and well priced.

I had a really lovely time staying at Carrie-Anne’s place again. She communicated really well and the apartment was exactly what I was looking for, and just as she had described. It was really clean and had all the things I needed for my stay. I would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay although I had family issues in which made it a little less enjoyable but that was nothing to do with the host. Very lovely and cosy and very spacious too. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for everything as well as your patience after the problems in which occured for my family.
